Kathy Chiero was licensed to sell real estate in 1996. She has sold over 1000 homes in Central Ohio and is known for her communication skills and her ability to educate the consumer in all aspects of the real estate transaction. Her expertise is pricing homes well ensures the sale of homes well within the days on market average for area Realtors.
Kathy’s goal is to build an elite team of Realtors and transition specialists to aid the consumer in all aspects of the Buying and Selling of Real Estate. To this end she is continually seeking ways to educate homeowners and provide valuable, trusted partners in their move.
She is the founder of the groundbreaking “Downsize Columbus” Seminars to which thousands of downsizing homeowners have gained valuable tools to make “last move” decisions.
Kathy is a member of the $25 Million Dollar Club and has annual sales of $10 Million or more. She is the 2006 CBR instructor of the Year.
